Cancellation policy

You can cancel your order at any time you like before the order is shipped, but the 50% deposit is non-refundable once the initial sketch design has started.

Cancelled orders are kept secure for 6 months before disposal. You can repurchase the exact same portrait design* during this time by contacting me to transfer the initial deposit to the new order. You will receive a new order invoice for which you will still need to clear the remaining balance before the order can be shipped, and we will need to reconfirm a new expected delivery date.
