Shipping policy

Production & Processing Time All of our items are custom-made to order with love and care.

  • Processing Time: Please allow up to 28 business days for me to create your custom piece before it is shipped.

  • Processing times may increase during holiday seasons or peak periods. I will notify you via email if there is a significant delay.

Shipping Rates & Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping:  3-5 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 1-2 business days Note: Choosing expedited shipping does not shorten the production/processing time.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

International Shipping We offer international shipping to the United Kingdom currently. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Paws in Purrfection is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. Although I have made every effort to ensure orders to the UK are set up to automatically calculate the Duty fee's

Damages & Issues If your custom order arrives damaged, please email us at pawsinpurrfection@outlook.com with your order number and a photo of the condition of the delivery box as it arrived before you open the packaging and then the item’s condition.

All of my orders are securely packaged with protective fillings to minimize damage as much as possible. Damage returns are addressed on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
