Orders & Processes
Do you Accept Commissions?
Absolutely! Most of my creations are tailor-made, just for you. Sometimes, I whip up a one-of-a-kind piece for sale, but portraits? Those are made-to-order delights!

What Information do you need for a Commission?
To capture your vision, I'll need some snazzy reference snaps of your subject, plus any inspiration pics for special details. Spill the beans on Size, Preferred Medium, Style, and the number of subjects. A quick blurb about your project dream helps too! I have made this process as simple as possible via my custom order form that you can find here!
What are your Price Ranges?
Portrait magic kicks off at $100 (+ Delivery) for a 9x11 Colored Pencil, Replica Style, Single Subject masterpiece. Prices dance around depending on Size, Medium, Style, and Subjects.
Fear not—price details are crystal clear on the order form, so no wallet shocks!
This base price includes one revision at the preview sketch stage and slight tweaks to subject placement.
Can I get a Sketch or Proof of the Work?
Absolutely! Once we've had our chat and you've dropped a deposit, I'll whip up a rough sketch for you to give the thumbs up. This is my chance to make any changes you want before I dive into the colorful chaos!
How many Revisions are Included?
Your order comes with one free magic wand wave at the sketch stage. Go wild! Even if it’s a total sketch makeover, I've got it covered!
Make sure you’re over the moon with the final sketch before I unleash the rainbow (or the moody charcoal vibes). Once the colors
start flowing, any big changes might come with a price tag, depending on the magic needed. Tiny tweaks on uncolored bits might still be free, but a full redo could start at an extra 25% of your total order, based on the time of the request, and the edits required.
Will I Receive Progress Updates?
If you say the word! I love sharing sneak peeks on TikTok as your masterpiece unfolds. But if you’re all about the grand reveal, just let me know, and I'll keep it under wraps until it lands in your hands!
What is the Turnaround Time?
On average, it takes up to 2 weeks to complete a portrait, depending on the complexity, with some being completed as quickly as 7 days. However, during your order process you will be advised to allow up to 4 weeks (8 for oil paintings).
This extended timeframe is to set realistic expectations up front as I may have other projects in the works or lined up which require completing prior to starting yours. During our consultation we will discuss when you require the portrait for and if the timing will be possible with my other work loads. If I am unable to match your desired timeframe, I will of course be refunding your deposit (Either as store credit or to original payment method - your choice!) and I will personally reach out to you to confirm when I have a open slot to be able to complete your order quickly in the future.
Expedited orders may be available at an additional cost. This will vary depending on other projects and life situations. I currently live in America and so when I am visiting my family in the UK I would be unavailable to work on orders and will not be able to make exception during those times.

Do you Offer Digital Artwork?
Absolutely! I even whipped up my own logo that’s everywhere you look, as well as all my banners and header images on this website!
I've also recently updated my Order Form, along with the website update, to include an option for Digital Art! As an added bonus, digital art is not subject to any additional charge for portrait sizing, however, additional charges may apply if you require the DPI higher than standard.
Can I Use Your Art as an NFT?
Nope, my art doesn’t moonlight as NFTs. Most pieces are precious portraits of real kiddos or pets, and I’m not about to hand over the rights to those treasures!
I would like to purchase custom art for an NFT?
I have now made this an order option under Digital Designs.
Please be aware, I will not be accepting any forms of Crypto Currency as payment
Payments & Returns
How do I Pay?
Payment will be taken online by your chosen method.
I have set up an option for you to secure your portrait with a 50% deposit that will be taken up front. This will be non-refundable should you decide to cancel after I have started the initial sketch but will be deducted from your total bill.
The remaining balance will bill automatically after 21 days, but if you need more time, that's totally fine! Just communicate with me, and we'll figure out a plan that suits us both!
Please be aware, your order will not be shipped until the full balance - including shipping fees - has been cleared.
Can I Cancel an Order?
You can cancel your order at any time you like before the order is shipped, but the deposit is non-refundable once the initial sketch design has started.
Cancelled orders are kept secure for 6 months before disposal. You can repurchase the exact same portrait design* during this time by contacting me to transfer the initial deposit to the new order. You will receive a new order invoice for which you will still need to clear the remaining balance before the order can be shipped, and we will need to reconfirm a new expected delivery date.
*Any new portrait design features requested would be considered as a new order, with its own individual order and deposit being required.
Do you accept Crypto Currency?
No, i do not accept Crypto Currency and will not be making any exceptions on this. This is due to a variety of factors, including that it is known to be extremely volatile, there’s a lack of regulation,environmental concerns, and its vulnerability to theft and scams.
What is the Payment Structure?
A 50% deposit is required upfront to secure in your portrait. After that, it is up to you! If you would prefer to pay in installments that is absolutely fine, we can work out a payment plan that works for you.
The only requirement is that full payment for the order and delivery costs is made once the order is complete as it will not be shipped until this has been received.
What do I do if my Order Arrives Damaged?
If your order arrives damaged you will need to send me clear photographic evidence of the damage, including the condition of the box on arrival before opening, within the first 24 hours after receipt. We can either look at replacing the drawing, or refunding up to 50% of your order cost depending on the damage.
I ship all portraits with bubble wrap and padding to avoid any damage, and will be taking photographs on my end of the condition of the portrait before it is shipped out. That way we can prove if the delivery service has caused the damage to claim the package insurance.
What is your Shipping Policy?
I use a variety of delivery methods, allowing you to chose your preferred one at checkout, with prices varying based on your location and order size.
You will receive tracking updates as soon as your order has been shipped, and your chosen shipping timeframe will apply from this date.
NOTE: Paying for any kind of expedited delivery service will not guarantee your order being completed sooner. All portraits are completely made-to-order and will need time allowing for them to be completed.

What is the Return Policy?
My goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn’t the case, let me know and i'll do my best to work with you to make it right for you.
Please be aware, no returns, refunds or exchanges will be available for any custom project, including replica drawings. If you would like to cancel your project, you will not receive a refund of your deposit.
If, by chance, any non-custom work is ordered, returns and refunds will only be available if discussed with me within the first 7 days of you receiving the item.
